KJet - Queenstown

BCPG has worked with KJet for over a decade, supporting the growth of this local family business in providing resource management advice and securing consents for surface of water activities and associated infrastructure.  We have assisted KJet in navigating planning policy at regional and district level, providing advice and submissions on emerging policy.  We have provided evidence for KJet in Council and Environment Court hearings in Resource Consent and planning policy matters. Stakeholder engagement has played an important role in KJet’s success and BCPG has managed consultation with third parties such as Department of Conservation; Land Information New Zealand; Fish and Game; Otago Regional Council; Queenstown Lakes District Council Planning, Parks & Reserves, Transport and Engineering departments, and the Harbourmaster.
