BCPG worked with award winning architects RTA Studio in obtaining resource consent for this stunning piece of design with a swimming pool and pool house at Esplanade Road, Sumner. Check out the high quality residence which makes efficient use of the site while complementing the surrounding neighbourhood and its coastal context. We enjoy working throughout New Zealand and enjoyed this Christchurch project.
