The Carlin Hotel
Working together with Carlin Developments and Queenstown Views Villa’s, Brown & Company obtained land use consent in a High Density Residential zone to construct a multi-level apartment building containing 8 apartments over 7 levels, with associated earthworks, and use of the apartments for visitor accommodation. Subdivision consent was also obtained for a unit title subdivision of the proposed building. Queenstown Views Villas will provide its guests with a one of a kind boutique hotel experience, offering large suites and 5 star amenities to its guests. Brown & Company will continue to work with the developer throughout the duration of this project assisting with any further planning requirements and potential variations.
